Terms of Sale

1. General information

These terms of sale apply to bookings and purchases made through the website mulgimangula.ee, operated by Tõrva Mängula OÜ (registry code 17275132, address Kevade 8, Tõrva 68606; hereinafter the Playroom).

2. Booking and prices

The playroom can be booked for birthday parties and events through the calendar on the website. Current prices are listed on the price list page. The default booking duration is 3 hours, with the option to add extra hours. Each booking includes 15 minutes of preparation time before and 15 minutes of clean-up time after the event.

3. Payment

To confirm a booking, an advance payment (booking fee) is paid online via bank link. The remaining amount is paid on site in cash or by bank transfer. A booking is considered confirmed once the advance payment has been received.

4. Changing and cancelling a booking

To change or cancel a booking, please contact us by e-mail or phone as early as possible.

The advance payment (booking fee) is non-refundable, as the booked time has been closed to other interested customers. If you are unable to come at the booked time, contact us and we will try to find a suitable new time.

5. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to § 53(4)(7) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period. As the booking is made for a specific date and time, the usual e-commerce right of withdrawal does not apply here; cancellations are governed by the terms in section 4.

6. Free-play visits

Free-play visits are paid on site (in cash into the designated box or by bank transfer). Free play is available when the room is not booked for an event.

7. Liability and safety

Children stay in the playroom under the responsibility of a parent or guardian. Please follow the safety instructions of the play areas. The Playroom is not liable for visitors’ personal belongings.

8. Resolving disputes

The parties resolve any disagreements through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (tarbijakaitse.ee) or to the European Union online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

These terms are valid as of 2026. Tõrva Mängula OÜ reserves the right to amend the terms.
